We ship improvements to MetricHealth regularly. Here's a summary of what changed in the first half of 2026, grouped by month. Each entry is tagged Added (new capability), Changed (improvement), Fixed (bug fix), or Security (a security or privacy improvement).

June 2026

Added

• Deep-linked clinic invites: tapping an invite link opens straight into the app and connects you to the clinic automatically. (Mobile)
• Patients can disconnect from a clinic or clinician directly from the app, with a clear notification. (Mobile)

Changed

• Assessment templates now run on flexible, versioned schedules, including per-assessment expiration dates so clinics can track exactly what was assigned.
• Questionnaire detail pages show clearer domain breakdowns, score ranges, and secondary scores.

Fixed

• Corrected questionnaire domain scores, and every score now appears on questionnaire detail pages.
• Admins can reliably assign questions and update scoring options on questionnaires.
• Reconnecting to a previously disconnected patient now works as expected.

May 2026

Added

• Clinics can archive (remove) patients, with an email invite required to rejoin an archived clinic.
• Clinicians can share assessment templates and set a clinic default; templates now auto-assign when a patient joins.
• New ROI calculators for the US and Canada, embeddable directly on the website.

Changed

• Introduced template versioning, so clinics can update assessment bundles while preserving history.
• Centralized feature controls let new capabilities roll out gradually and by region.

Fixed

• Corrected scoring across several cognitive assessments, including memory, attention, and processing-speed tasks.
