What is MetricHealth?
MetricHealth is a digital health assessment platform that replaces paper-based clinical assessment workflows with secure, remote, real-time patient evaluation. Clinicians assign standardized questionnaires and tasks to patients, who complete them on their own device. Results are scored automatically, flagged when they fall outside expected ranges, and available for export and reporting.
Platform Components
Metrily — Patient App (iOS & Android)
Patients use the Metrily mobile app to:
- Complete assigned questionnaires and tasks on their own schedule
- Track daily symptoms with a structured symptom diary
- View their assessment history and score trends over time
- Manage their profile, clinics, and notification preferences
Clinician Portal (Web)
Clinicians use the web portal to:
- View and manage their assigned patients
- Assign assessments individually or in bulk, with one-time, recurring, or multi-phase scheduling
- Review results with domain and composite score graphs
- See which patients need attention through automatic out-of-range flagging
- Track follow-up actions (referrals, follow-ups, resource sharing)
- Export assessment data to CSV or PDF, including a per-patient grouped PDF
Clinic Admin Dashboard (Web)
Clinic administrators use the same web portal, with added tools to:
- Approve or decline clinicians requesting to join the clinic
- Send and track clinician and patient invitations
- Archive or reactivate clinician accounts
- Issue, rotate, and revoke invite codes
- Manage clinic profile and settings

A free, no-login tool that helps prospective clinics estimate cost savings, time saved, and added patient capacity from moving to digital assessments. Available in US and Canada versions, with configurations for community health centers, rehabilitation centers, and private practices.
